Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not accept returns on simply change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it becomes a completed order. You can go to MY ACCOUNT and select Completed Orders. Click on return Item(s) and submit a return request online to us. We will review your return request within 48hours , you will also receive an confirmation for return request email after you submit your request online. We will advise you the decision and steps to return goods to us. 

You can also view the status of your return request at any time by logging in to MY ACCOUNT.


Refunds Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package to us and confirmed by us. We will confirm the receipt of your returns and refund confirmation vai email.

Please also note that we can only refund back to the credit card/ paypal account that you used to pay for the goods.
